Board Meeting Schedule,Agendas, & Minutes

The Athens City Schools Board of Education operates the System and manages for its annual budget. The six-member School Board, including the director of schools, meets on the second Monday of each month at 5:30 p.m. Locations for each meeting can be found on the annual schedule of meetings.

 

If an individual wishes to address the board on an item on the agenda, he/she may sign up on the form provided before the beginning of the board meeting to request time to speak.  Delegations must select only one individual to speak on their behalf unless otherwise determined by the board.
