Optional Home Learning Schedule
A structured school day helps students stay focused and be their best. This daily plan provides suggestions for a healthy balance of academics and physical movement. Time for PBS lesson will vary per broadcast schedule.

Academic Time |
No electronics. Work on what children have been learning, writing skills, comprehension skills; do crafts, LEGO etc. with spare time |

PBS/Lunch |
Watch PBS lessons, then eat lunch and clean up |

Log onto electronic resources (Study Island, Virtual Field Trips, Prodigy, Social Studies Weekly) |

Work on instructional learning packets for ELA (M,W,F) or Math (T,TH). Write and discuss major learning from the day. |

Sports, tag, hide’n’seek, lawn games, frisbee, bicycle |

Dinner |
Remember to wash your hands first. Eat a healthy meal with family and engage in conversation |

Free TV/Electronics Time |
Take bath/shower and wind down |
