Pre-K Program
The Pre-K Program of the Athens City Schools is a voluntary program for children who are or will be age four on or before August 15 of that school year. Currently, there are seven Pre-K classes.

All students are required to provide documentation of the following:
- Proof of Age: Such as a birth certificate, an adoption record; an affidavit from a parent; or previously verified school records.
- Proof of Residency: Must provide 2 of the following: copy of phone and water bills, lease agreements, or affidavits.
- Health Records: This may include recent physicals and immunization records on TN Department of Health form. (provided by health care provider)
