I will see that my child attends school daily and arrives on time.

I will attend school daily and be on time.

We will monitor the student’s attendance and notify the home if the student does not regularly attend school or is chronically tardy.

I will keep an open communication with the school in order to assure success for my child.

I will deliver and return notes between my home and school.

We will respond to requests from parents within a reasonable time and keep open communications with parents in order to assure success of the student.

I will see that my child’s homework/work assignments are completed and returned on time.

I will complete all homework/work assignments on time and have my folder at school each day signed.

We will follow our district homework policy by providing meaningful assignments and within the designated time frame for each grade level.

I will become familiar with the school’s policies and procedures as stated in the handbook.

I will follow all school policies and procedures.

We will follow district and school policies and procedure including parent teacher conferences and frequent student progress reports.

I will accept responsibility for my child’s school behavior and promote respect for staff, students, and property.

I will accept responsibility for my own behavior and will respect school staff, school property and other students.

We will monitor student behavior and report both appropriate and inappropriate behaviors.

I will assure that outside activities do not interfere with my child’s rest or preparation for school.

I will come to school each day well rested and prepared for class.

We will prepare each day to provide high quality instruction for a curriculum promoting a supportive and effective learning environment that enables our students to meet state academic achievement standards

I will volunteer my time, talents and input for school improvement and decision-making through school surveys, committees, and other appropriate means.

I will respect all volunteers.

We will provide opportunities for parents to volunteer, observe in their child’s class, respond to surveys, and offer suggestions that will be considered for school improvement.
