Mayfield Dairy Farms, Inc. is Ingleside's Adopt A School  sponsor. The purpose of this program is the development of a positive long-term relationship between a school and an industry. Activities include: exchanging Christmas cards, singing at the Mayfield Christmas luncheon, ice cream parties, hamburger cook-outs, and speakers from various departments visiting the school in conjunction with Junior Achievement. Mayfield employees also serve as reading tutors during the school year. Each year the classrooms tour Mayfield's Visitor Center and are treated to an ice-cream cone of their choice.
