Items needed to register as a new student at Athens City Schools.
All students are required to provide documentation of the following:
Proof of Age: Such as a birth certificate, an adoption record; an affidavit from a parent; or previously verified school records.
Proof of Residency: This may include copies of phone and water bills, lease agreements, or affidavits.
Health Records: This may include recent physicals and immunization records.
