The PTO is so grateful to Long Chevrolet Buick GMC of Athens for selecting ACIS as the recipient of their generous Chevy Back to School donation!
We have BIG plans for these funds. The PTO will be assembling Hygiene Kits that staff at the school can discretely access for any child with an immediate or longer term need. These kits will be able to address many different needs, and we hope to partner with the school nurse, STEM, library and counselors to increase awareness of good hygiene practices and give students the tools to care for themselves.
If you are interested in being involved in this project or have connections with any company or organization that could assist us in sourcing hygiene items, please comment below or contact us. We would love your help!
