Valentine's Origami and Card Making will be presented by the Athens Isahya Sister City Committee and the Asian Culture Center of TN. Event Registration is required, class capacity is 50people. Two wins for ACIS Basketball over Charleston. Girls won 28-3 and the boys won 32-4.
Attention families of 2nd graders! Help us shower our teachers and staff with love during the month of February with donations to our treat trolley! Just a reminder, all donations of food and drinks should be individually-packaged, nut-free, and store-bought. Donations should be dropped off at the front office by January 31st. Thanks for helping us show love to ACPS teachers and staff!
UPDATE- The mobile clinic event has been postponed due to weather today.
A few tips to help keep from spreading germs during this cold and flu season. Wash your child’s jackets, backpacks, shoes, etc and help us fight off the flu and other germs. You can also wipe down their lunch boxes, binders, etc with disinfectant wipes. Help us keep colds and flu out of our school.
Due to forecasted single digit temperatures and below zero windchills in the morning, Athens City Schools will be closed again Wednesday, January 22,2025. Kids Connection will also be closed tomorrow. Please stay warm and take precautions if you must be outdoors.
