ACIS basketball started strong this week with two wins for both boys and girls.

Mrs. Weirs class expanded their study of fossils and paleontology by completing their own fossil dig. The students were excited about the fossils they found! They also discovered paleontologists have to be patient, focused, and be able to persevere as they search carefully for fossils!

Athens City Primary Community PreK Advisory Committee met today to discuss the highlights for this school year. We appreciate our community and parent involvement at ACP PreK.
Aiden McDonald, a junior at MCHS, came to read and talk about diabetes with Ms Micki and Mrs Tracy's Pre-K class.

Please be reminded that our school district strives to be Peanut Free for the safety and health of our students and staff. Peanut items (candy, trail mix with nuts, etc) are not allowed in our schools due to severe reactions that may occur. This protocol should be followed for the safety of our students and staff.
