Some of the ACIS K-Kids were able to meet today to deliver the Christmas baskets they made for Athens City Police Department, Athens City Fire Department, and AMR Ambulance Services. Students wanted to wish the first responders a "Warm Holiday Season" with things to help keep them warm such as coffee, tea, hot chocolate, soups, hand warmers, and gloves. Thank you to all first responders from ACIS K-Kids for what you do during this holiday season as well as all year long.
Please note that due to increase in illness in our district, Mr. Greene’s retirement celebration has been rescheduled to Wednesday, January 3rd from 2:00-4:00 p.m. at the Athens City Primary/Athens City Intermediate School.

What turned out to be the last day before Christmas break ended with an exciting Kickball Intramurals Championship. Between the 1st two games, Mr. Armstrong fulfilled his obligation of singing "Let it Go" for the entire school because the students brought in more than 3000 socks for K-Kids Sock Drive. #ExcellenceIs
Athens City Schools will be closed on Monday, December 18th and Tuesday, December 19th due to illness. Students will return back to class on January 4th.
Kids Connection will also be closed and will reopen on January 4th.
