Valentine's Origami and Card Making will be presented by the Athens Isahya Sister City Committee and the Asian Culture Center of TN. Event Registration is required, class capacity is 50people. National Wear Red Day – February 7, 2025
February is American Heart Health Month. ACS staff and students are encouraged to wear red as we raise awareness about heart disease and its impact, especially on women. Wear red on Friday, February 7th !

Today, the weather was sunny and somewhat warm, so Mrs. Jacobs's second grade class took advantage of one of our outdoor classroom spaces for reading time before recess. The kids loved it and immediately asked if it could become part of their daily routine!
K-Kids was able to add an additional monthly project starting today. A group of kids packed 290 NOC (Nourish One Child) bags for students in Athens City Schools. Kids helping kids is always a good sight.
