We want to thank the McMinn County Education Foundation and the Athens Federal Foundation for their donation to our school caring closet. Athens City Intermediate School is so appreciative of these organizations and their support of our school community.
ACIS is so appreciative of our bus drivers and transportation staff for taking such good care of our students and getting them to school and home safely each day. #ExcellenceIs

ACIS FCA kicked off the year this morning with their first meeting. What a great opportunity 4th and 5th graders have at ACIS to grow in all areas of their life. FCA meets every other Tuesday at 7:30 am. So the next meeting will be on September 9th. Huge Shoutout to Mrs Sherlin for getting it started at ACIS as well as other teachers, Ms. Grisham, Mr. Sharp, and Coach Stansell for giving of their time to the organization.
Reminder of school zone speed limits, pedestrian safety, and no cell phones during school zones. Let's keep our students and staff safe during drop off and dismissal times.
