The ACMS students competing are part of over 2000 national middle school participants here in Orlando competing in the National History Bee, National Geography Bee and National Science Bee.

This year, we were thrilled to welcome back the Dads of Great Students (DOGS) program—a heartfelt initiative that brings fathers and father figures into our school community as positive role models and champions for our students. One of our dedicated DOGS, Mr. Kevin Montooth, created a special gift for Miss Martha Arnwine in honor of her late husband, Larry Dean "Bucky" Arnwine, one of our original DOGS. We are deeply grateful for Mr. Montooth’s kindness and for all our DOGS who continue to serve, inspire, and honor Mr. Arnwine’s legacy. Together, we celebrate the spirit of service and community that makes our school truly special. 💙🐾 #ExcellenceIS

SAVE THE DATE 2025 ATHLETIC PHYSICALS - Hosted by Starr Regional Medical Center.- Thursday, May 22, 2025. Free sports physicals for all high school and middle school athletes in McMinn & Meigs Counties. Athletes are asked to arrive at the time scheduled for their respective schools. Please see office or coach for forms to be completed prior to the event and further information. Location McMinn County High School, please use gym entrance.
