Summer EBT offers nutrition benefits to children in need during months when school meals are not available. Tennessee children who participated in the Supplemental Nutrition Assistance Program (SNAP), Families First (TANF), TennCare (Medicaid), or National School Lunch Program (NSLP) are automatically enrolled to receive Summer EBT. Tennessee parents can also apply for benefits based on income eligibility. ALL Athens City Middle School student-athletes are REQUIRED to have a SPORTS physical on file in order to try-out for any sport!
Be sure to take a photo of your physical BEFORE you leave in order to upload to our Final Forms program.
