ACS Family Engagement and Kids Connection will be providing a Zumba Family Night on Tuesday, April 16th at 5:30 p.m. at the Athens City Intermediate Gym. It will be a fun night for the entire family.
Athens City Schools announces an abbreviated school day on Monday, April 8, 2024. This change of schedule is due to the timing of the upcoming partial solar eclipse. We wanted to provide an opportunity for students and families to safely enjoy the event together. ACMS Cheer Clinic & Tryouts for 2024-2025 will be May 6-8, with tryouts on May 9th. Times as follows:
Rising 7th & 8th graders: 3:00-4:45
Rising 6th graders: 3:45-5:15
Sports physicals are required for tryouts.
All participants MUST attend the clinic to tryout.
7th graders: All permission forms and money for the year-end class trip to Dollywood is due absolutely no later than Thursday, April 11th. Late payments will NOT be accepted, as tickets MUST be purchased in advance. Refunds will not be given once tickets are purchased or to those who are placed on the no-go list.
