ACS Systemwide Fall Back to School Family Engagement Resource Fair is scheduled for September 10 and October 22 from 5-6 p.m. We are so excited about the community fair and resource vendors that will be setup for families.

Ms. Carol Russell visited Mrs. Jacobs class with a bag full of treasures that begin with the letter Aa and Tt. This aligns with the letters that they have learned so far in Kindergarten.
September is Childhood Cancer Awareness Month. Students and staff are encouraged to wear orange, blue, gold or a hat on Fridays during the month of September.
ACS CSH and School Nutrition are teaming up to share some helpful info each month. The month of August we are focusing on the benefits of eating Melons. Melons have high high water content, low in calories and provide excellent source of Vitamins A and C.
Did you know? One of the most common types of melons is the muskmelon, or cantaloupe. Other melons include the watermelon, honeydew, and canary. Its a great time of year to enjoy a delicious slice of melon.
