April 21-25 is Public School Volunteer Recognition Week. ACS is so thankful for all the volunteers that help in our school district. Thank you!

Japan Fest 2025 is Tuesday, April 22nd from 5:30-7:00 pm. It will be hosted at Athens City Intermediate School. Everyone is invited!


ACS registration will continue for the upcoming 2025-2026 School Year for PreK and Kindergarten students. PreK registration packets can be picked up at 943 Crestway Drive. Kindergarten registration will be at 316 McMinn Avenue. Please see flier for more information.

Ms. Gose, a local beekeeper, presented a program on honeybees to second grade students. She was assisted by Kellye Bishop, a member of the Cherokee Beekeepers.
