ACS Did You Know ? During the month of March, ACS Coordinatd School Health and School Nurtirion are sharing about Herbs. Herbs are used to flavor food, but research shows they're full of healthy compounds. Herbs and spices fight inflammation and has powerful health benefits.

Reminder- Monday, March 24th is a Professional Development training day for staff. Students will return to class on Tuesday, March 25th. Kids Connection will also be closed on Monday, March 24th.

Kids Connection students enjoyed being visited by Creature Features. They brought several different kinds of animals for the students to learn about. The program also allowed students to interact with the animals.










"TAG, you're it!" The game of freeze tag has been around for many years but is definitely popular among kids right now, just visit a playground for a few minutes to see. Come out from 11:00 am-12:00 pm to the ACS Baseball field to play a massive community wide game of freeze tag. New games will start every 15 minutes.

Athens City Primary PreK and Kindergarten Registration for 2025-2026 School Year is Friday, April 4. It will be from 8:30-4:30. Students enrolling in PreK must be 4 years old by August 15, 2025. The book fair is officially packed up! We are proud of the first ACPS/ACIS book fair making over $24,000 in sales and are also proud to say that we were able to SHOP EVERY CHILD! All 1,300+\- of them!!! In addition to making sure every child left with a book, we also made sure to give a high quality book to every classroom library! Thank to all who volunteered, and a huge thanks to all those that rounded up to the next $1 or contributed a specific donation to the Share the Fair for our students!
