ACIS Kids Connection students are participating in the Spark Entrepreneur Program sponsored by Lite House. Ms. Olivia a grad student from TWU is teaching the class on how you can start a business.








Rising 4th and fifth graders visited Mayfield's for a fun learning field trip and enjoyed ice cream today.

Another great day at ACMS with a huge shout out APD detective department. They talked with our rising seventh and eighth graders about investigating crime scenes and how cell phones leave digital footprints. The students even gathered evidence and fingerprints. Meanwhile, our rising sixth graders prepared tissue paper hot air balloon for a continuation next week when they release their hot air balloons.







Kids Connection students are learning about fairy tales this week. In STEM they made a castle and tower.





ACMS students had a fun day at camp. Our rising 6th graders built and raced solar cars. They also took some time to give some much needed water to the seeds that they planted yesterday. Meanwhile, our rising 7th and 8th graders investigated information from our "crime scene". They analyzed fibers, footprints, poison and blood to figure out who committed the "crime" in preparation for tomorrow's STEM activity.










Summer campers enjoyed the army man launcher activity.




Kids Connection students enjoyed a taekwondo lesson from Master Contreras of Athens Martial Arts. They got to learn beginning components of taekwondo.

ACS Family Engagement and KC will be hosting Creature Feature summer family event on June 17th from 4:00-5:00 p.m. at ACI. Creature Feature will be providing a family friendly hands-on educational learning experience with live animals.
