What a beautiful day to visit Athens Regional Park. The ACMS Cougar Experience started the afternoon off with a hotdog lunch, took a stroll around looking for consumers, producers, and decomposers, then ended with a well deserved recess!

Yesterday, our rising 8th grade students researched different volcanoes then modeled them with playdoh. Once they made their volcanoes, their volcanoes erupted using a chemical reaction!

Our rising 7th and 8th graders took a field trip to IACMI today where they were introduced to manufacturing and composite skills. They participated in metal casting and forging skills and made custom-shaped metal keepsakes. What a great learning experience!
