We’ve partnered with Dolly Parton Children’s Hospital to offer telehealth services for all students. Pediatric providers from Dolly Children’s are available to evaluate symptoms and recommend treatment through a virtual health visit —right from the school clinic using virtual health tools.
Students may be seen for fevers, sore throats, ear infections, allergies, rashes, pink eye, coughs, and more. On-site testing, such as flu, strep and COVID, is available when needed.

Simply stop by the school office at 316 McMinn Avenue during regular school hours, and our friendly office staff will be happy to assist you. PreK application packets are available at the school offices or at the Administrative Office located at 943 Crestway Drive.

Athens City Schools , in partnership with East Tennessee Children’s Hospital (ETCH), offers telehealth visits right from your child’s school clinic/nurse’s office.
These are virtual pediatric appointments conducted on school grounds.
They’re designed to help students get evaluated and treated for minor illnesses during the school day.
A pediatric provider from ETCH will connect virtually with your child with assistance from the school nurse.
