Our 8th graders had an amazing day getting outside, making memories, laughing with friends, and enjoying some well-deserved fun at Camp Oo-tah-nee-noh-chee! Days like today are about more than just fun—they’re about building friendships, strengthening connections, and creating memories that our students will carry with them long after they leave ACMS. A huge thank-you to everyone who helped make this special day possible! We are so thankful for the opportunity to give our students a day filled with fun, friendship, and memories to last a lifetime!

ACMS Kiwanis Builders Club had their very first community service opportunity at Keith Methodist Church, helping prepare food and bags for Nourish One Child. What a wonderful opportunity to serve our community! Serve • Lead • Make a Difference

Current forecasts indicate clearing skies on Sunday afternoon so the Camp Oo-Tah-Nee-Noh-Chee 75th Anniversary Celebration will continue as planned.

The 21st Annual Walk Across Tennessee – Move Around the Region kicks off October 12 and runs through November 15!
This fun, five-week wellness program is free and open to anyone age 8 and older. Log miles from any type of physical activity—walking, biking, hiking, swimming, dancing, golfing, yardwork, shopping, team sports, or even daily steps. Every mile counts, and every step toward better health makes a difference. Join us and Move Around the Region this fall!
• Weekly prize drawings for participants who record physical activity
• Fun, friendly competition designed for all fitness levels, all ages
• Free pedometers available at the McMinn County Extension Office

Today, our ACMS Kiwanis Builders Club members gave speeches as they competed for the opportunity to serve as our President, Vice President, and Secretary! We are so proud of every student who stepped up, shared their ideas, and showed the courage to lead. Officer positions will be announced Monday on ClassDojo and during school announcements.
