Please be reminded that our school district strives to be Peanut Free for the safety and health of our students and staff. Peanut items (candy, trail mix with nuts, etc) are not allowed in our schools due to severe reactions that may occur. This protocol should be followed for the safety of our students and staff.
School is back in session and bus safety is so important. Let's keep our students and drivers safe as they travel on the roads to and from school.
ACMS students are required to wear PE shirts during gym class. The cost of each shirt is $10 and students may begin bringing in money tomorrow. Students do not need to bring payments to the office, but rather their PE teacher. If your child does not have PE on Wednesday's, please do not send money until Thursday.
ACS CSH and School Nutrition are teaming up to share some helpful info each month. The month of August we are focusing on the benefits of eating Melons. Melons have high high water content, low in calories and provide excellent source of Vitamins A and C. Did you know? One of the most common types of melons is the muskmelon, or cantaloupe. Other melons include the watermelon, honeydew, and canary. It's a great time of year to enjoy a delicious slice of melon.

6th grade parents need to park in a parking spot at afternoon pick-up. It is imperative that you not block the drive in front or along the side of the building. One lane must remain open at all times in case of emergencies. Also, students walking to the lower school(s) MUST have a signed note from the Principal.
