ACMS has been represented this weekend by 8 wonderful students at the International Academic Competitions: National Quiz Bowl Championships in Orlando, Florida! They have competed for two days in 4 rounds of intense academic competition against over 2,000 of the nations best quiz bowl champions in the History, Geography, Science and Spelling Bees! 8th Grade enjoyed a fun filled day at Six Flags Over Georgia.

ACMS had their field trip yesterday to Wilderness of the Smokies. Everyone had a great time and already looking forward to see what next year holds.

Today we had the pleasure of welcoming our future ACMS 6th graders for their visit, and we could not be more excited to have them join our ACMS family next year! We loved getting to meet so many bright, enthusiastic students and giving them a glimpse of all the amazing opportunities that await them here. We hope today helped build excitement for this next big step, and we can’t wait to watch each of them grow, learn, and succeed as part of our school community. The future is bright at ACMS, and we are looking forward to seeing these students walk our halls as official ACMS Cougars next year. Welcome to the beginning of an exciting new chapter—we can’t wait to have you here!

While our 8th graders completed their annual Egg Drop Challenge, they also got to enjoy a sweet treat from Mini Melts! What a fun day filled with creativity, excitement, and delicious ice cream!
