•Registration packets are available to be picked up at all school offices and the Administration Office located at 943 Crestway Drive.

Kindergarten Registration
•When you come to registration, current students should bring the registration forms that were sent home with students. New students will complete a form during the registration.

Items needed to register as a new student at Athens City Schools.
All students are required to provide documentation of the following:
- Proof of Age: Such as a birth certificate, an adoption record; an affidavit from a parent; or previously verified school records.
- Proof of Residency: This may include copies of phone and water bills, lease agreements, or affidavits.
- Health Records: This may include recent physicals and immunization records.
